Cynthia Brackett-Vincent and Carol Smallwood have announced the imminent publication of Contemporary American Women: Our Defining Passages, an anthology by women for women about the breakthroughs we experience in womanhood.
The book will be published later this month and is available in trade paperback through the publisher, All Things That Matter Press, and Amazon, and as an e-book.
While my essay, The Scent of Life, is included, I understand it's one of more than a dozen essays that pinpoint the exact moments in which women's lives change forever. This anthology, then, is a symbol of what binds women together: the need to share.
Who else is in the midst of writing such essays or memoirs? If you get a chance, let me know.
